While Eden Park is most notably remembered for hosting the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017 and the 2011 Rugby World Cup Final, it has been the home of Auckland Rugby, Auckland Cricket, the Blues and international events since the early 1900's.  In 2015 Eden Park as a venue was part of the Cricket World Cup and over the years has hosted many other events such as the NRL Nines, All Blacks®, BLACKCAPS and football.
