    People - Warren

    Warren Barclay is the CEO of All Blacks Hospitality.  He has been involved in commercial sports for the past 15 years through Capital Events Limited, Lions Hospitality 2005 Limited, Hospitality NZ 2011 and Experience Group.  Warren has spent his working life involved in sales and marketing.  Since graduating from Canterbury University he has worked for various corporates in New Zealand and overseas including AMP, UDC, Interpak (UK) and prior to owning his own businesses, was New Zealand & Pacific Islands Sales and Marketing Manager for DHL. 

  • Kirsty Barclay

    Director of Accounts


    Kirsty has a background in banking and finance having worked in this sector in the UK and in NZ.  Taking time out to have family she set up and managed a successful picture framing business with two main retail outlets as well as a wholesale operation.  Kirsty has overseen the support functions (Finance, IT and Admin) for Experience Group for many years.

  • Mike Owens

    Sales & Business Development


    Mike is currently the Business Development Manager with Experience Group in the South Island with a key role around our Crusaders Travel and Hospitality programme.  Mike has specialised in group travel, events and sport tours for over 25 years.  He has been involved in every Rugby World Cup programme since 1995.  Mike will lead our South Island sales team for All Blacks Hospitality including the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017.

  • Bryan Donnelly

    Sales Manager


    Bryan Donnelly is a valued member of the team and has an extensive history in Sales working with major blue chip corporations.  He brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to our Sales team.


  • Victoria Hunt

    Operations Manager


    Victoria Hunt is the Operations Manager for All Blacks Hospitality.  Victoria has over 17 years' experience in rugby eventing delivery in New Zealand including Lions Hospitality 05 & 2017 as Event Manager and RWC 2011 where she was the Venue Accreditation Manager for Eden Park, Auckland. As well as working with All Blacks Hospitality, she has had Event Manager & Sponsorship Activation roles for Mitre 10 & Super Rugby matches accross the country and sporting venues and most recently has expanded her event management skills to a number of large sporting and cultural events such as the NRL Auckland Nines, FIFA U-20 World Cup and the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
