Warren Barclay is the CEO of All Blacks Hospitality. He has been involved in commercial sports for the past 15 years through Capital Events Limited, Lions Hospitality 2005 Limited, Hospitality NZ 2011 and Experience Group. Warren has spent his working life involved in sales and marketing. Since graduating from Canterbury University he has worked for various corporates in New Zealand and overseas including AMP, UDC, Interpak (UK) and prior to owning his own businesses, was New Zealand & Pacific Islands Sales and Marketing Manager for DHL.

Mike is currently the Business Development Manager with Experience Group in the South Island with a key role around our Crusaders Travel and Hospitality programme. Mike has specialised in group travel, events, and sport tours for over 25 years. He has been involved in every Rugby World Cup programme since 1995. Mike will lead our South Island sales team for All Blacks Hospitality.

Bryan has been pivotal in the success of getting increased exposure for Experience Group events such as All Blacks Hospitality, Blackcaps Hospitality, Super Rugby franchises including Crusaders, Blues & Hurricanes, GBRL Lions Tour 2019, and various cultural & concert events.

Victoria Hunt is the Operations Manager for All Blacks Hospitality. Victoria has been flawlessly executing sporting events for over 18 years in New Zealand and consequently has become one of the most trusted sporting, hospitality and event planners in the country. Victoria has worked on some of the largest sporting events in New Zealand's recent history including RWC2011, Lions Tour 2005 & 2017, Super Rugby & National Provincial Competitions across the country, as well as cultural events such as Royal Edinburgh Tattoo and concerts.
Victoria is a very creative and innovative Operations & Events Manager who is passionate about the grand design of an event, and follows this through with meticulous attention to the smallest of details. Over the 18 years, Victoria has developed a high standard of skills within the sporting & events industry such as Hospitality, Sponsorship Management & Activations, Accreditation, Match Operations & Merchandise.

Director of Accounts
Kirsty has a background in banking and finance having worked in this sector in the UK and in NZ. Taking time out to have family she set up and managed a successful picture framing business with two main retail outlets as well as a wholesale operation. Kirsty has overseen the support functions (Finance, IT and Admin) for Experience Group for many years.
